1. Export the Pages report
Use the same Search Console property you are fixing. Mixing www/non-www skews counts.
Upload the Indexing → Pages CSV from Search Console (not the Performance/queries report). The tool groups issues, counts URLs, surfaces your top 10, and lets you score page value and fix effort.

Option A — one file (recommended)
Indexing → Pages → Not indexed → open the URL table → ExportExpected headers: URL, Last crawled, Status — the issue name is inside Status.
Option B — one issue at a time
Indexing → Pages → Why pages aren’t indexed → click a reason → ExportCombine multiple exports in Excel if you want every reason in one upload.

Volume (1–10) scales from your file’s largest issue count so breadth affects rank fairly.
A 10k-URL junk section can score low on page value even if the count is huge.
Re-sort after edits — click Recalculate or change any number in the table.
