Is CRO just A/B testing?

No. A/B testing is one tool, and it needs real traffic volume to say anything. Most of the wins come earlier: fixing unclear offers, slow pages, and broken measurement. I test where the numbers support it and use judgment where they don't.

Our analytics feel wrong. Can you fix that first?

Yes, and often we should. If tracking is misfiring, every downstream decision inherits the error. I rebuild GA4 events and conversions so the data is trustworthy before optimizing against it.

What results should we expect?

I won't promise a percentage — anyone who does is guessing. What you get is a prioritized, evidence-backed pipeline of fixes, shipped properly, with before-and-after measurement you can stand behind.
