Book a strategy call
Case study · WordPress + SEO

A boutique resort's website, rebuilt to earn bookings.

Button Eyes Resort is a boutique hospitality brand whose website has to do one thing exceptionally well: turn lookers into bookers. I worked across the full WordPress stack — site structure, page speed, booking-funnel flow, and the technical SEO that gets a resort found by travelers actually planning a stay.

The work

Hospitality sites live or die on trust and friction.

A resort website is a conversion machine with a very short attention window: photos, rooms, price confidence, and a booking path with no surprises. The engagement covered the platform, the funnel, and the search visibility feeding it.

01 · Platform

WordPress, kept lean

Site structure and page templates built for speed and editorial control — rooms, experiences, and offers the team can manage without a developer on call.

02 · Funnel

Booking-first UX

Clear room presentation, honest policy communication, and a path to the booking engine designed to lose fewer travelers on the way.

03 · Search

Technical SEO recovery

A full diagnostic across indexation, duplicate URLs, metadata, and local intent — documented in an audit pack the client (and you) can read end to end.

Read the actual deliverable

Most agencies describe their audits. I publish one.

The Button Eyes client pack — findings, prioritization logic, engagement options, and delivery plan — is public. It's the clearest way to judge how I think before you ever get on a call.

Transparency note: client commercials and internal metrics stay private. What's public is the actual working document — the audit pack — so you can evaluate the thinking, not just the claims.
